How you are feeling and if these feelings are negative feelings how we can let go an release  them.

The environment that you live in. The environment can have a great impact on.

The friends that you keep and other people around you. So the type of association that you keep.

How you look at things in life. Your viewpoint. Your attitude.

The Health and Well-Being Workshop  includes all these topics and practical training to help us to reduce anger, stress and anxiety.
